" Electrified Railway " establish with the approval of State Science and Technology Commission, register in Press and Publication Administration and is nationwide scientific and technological periodical of public publication at home and abroad, it is the only periodical of the capital construction system of Ministry of Railways that involves the railway electrification of our country, communication , signal , electricity , electromagnetic compatibility , computer , network technology and urban rail transportation ,etc., it is the only specialized periodical of railway electrification of our country too. It mainly reports and spreads the appliance technical information of domestic and international electrified railway, giving consideration to academic discussion and knowledge popularizes. Regard exchanging and propagating our country's electrified railway construction and developing an academic theory involved as the backing, the periodical builds an atmosphere of academic discussion, information interchange among the engineers and technicians engaged in electrified railway construction, the scientific research, design, construction and operation of urban rail transportation, and promotes the construction of the electric railway and urban rail transportation of our country.
